Use WASD Keys to move
Use arrows keys to switch images
Hold M key to deplay map
Spacebar to automatically induce rain (not recommended)
Drive around town, park in the front of the information stalls to see information.

Install instructions
Have to download both the .exe file and the .pck file and should be in same folder. If normal .exe file isnt working, you can use the console one to see whats wrong.
